CSC plans to offer accredited vocational training in construction trades through QCTO accreditation. Participants will gain formal, nationally recognised qualifications that open doors to employment across South Africa.
Because CSC can tender for community infrastructure projects and hire the young people we train — creating jobs while building public assets. As a non-profit, we don't need to make a profit. That means for the same budget, we can hire more young people than a private company would — delivering more value to communities and government.
